Sports coaching

In sports, a coach is an person who directs and instruct an athletic team or of individual athletes on the field to achieve their goals. Coaching helps in getting the sports tacts and strategies during the contest itself. Coaching is about developing and improving people and their behaviour within a sporting context. The process by which coaches achieve this is referred to as the coaching process. Most coaches are former participants in the sports in which they are involved. Before playing on the field all the players should be parpared well in the practicing time.Typically, a coach helps clients to find their own solutions, by asking questions that give them insight into their situations. A good coach is very useful for a team, as he builts the self confidence among the players. Many times, in major team sports the principal coach has little to do with the development of details such as techniques of play or placement of players on the playing surface, leaving this to assistants while concentrating on larger issues.

Coaching can be divided into different types.

Individual coaching
when a coach is giving coaching to a single person is refered to as life coaching. the coach helps to improve the skills of a traniee, develps a mutual understanding in order to understand the present skills of the traniee.

Team Coaching
In team coaching coach trains the entire team for a same goal. The coach observes the team's current functioning, assesses the team's strengths and weaknesses, and develops a plan for addressing any needed changes.

Organizational coaching
Organisational coaching ddesigned to assess and improve an individual or a team. It is important to improve the skills of the person that can be achieved with proper training to achieve organizational goals.
